Overview
VIP Care ("VIP Care," "we," "us," or "our") provides babysitting referral and coordination services to families in Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through vipcareforkids.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Family inquiries: name, phone number, email address, town/area, and details about your childcare needs, submitted through our "Get Started" form.
- Sitter applications: name, phone number, email address, town/area, age confirmation, childcare experience, availability, references, and uploaded documents such as a resume, child abuse clearance, and CPR certification.
- Communications: information you share when you call, text, or email us directly.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Information about children (such as ages) is provided by a parent or guardian solely to help us match a family with an appropriate sitter.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to inquiries and match families with sitters
- To evaluate sitter applications and conduct reference checks
- To communicate with you about bookings, scheduling, and service updates
- To maintain records required for the safe operation of our business
- To improve our Site and services
How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate VIP Care:
- Service providers: form submissions are processed through GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management platform, and uploaded application files (resumes and certifications) are stored in a private Google Drive folder accessible only to VIP Care.
- Matching purposes: a sitter applicant's relevant experience and screening information may be shared with a family considering that sitter, and a family's general care needs may be shared with a sitter being considered for a booking.
- Legal requirements: if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
Cookies and Tracking

Sitter application materials are retained for as long as the applicant is being considered for placement or is an active member of our sitter network.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including restricting access to uploaded documents and CRM records to authorized personnel. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to ask what information we have about you, to request corrections, or to request that we delete your information, subject to our legitimate business and legal record-keeping needs.
