Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vipcareforkids.com (the "Site") and the babysitting referral and coordination services offered by VIP Care ("VIP Care," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting a form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our Role

VIP Care helps connect families with independent, background-checked babysitters in Greater Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. VIP Care acts as a referral and coordination service between families and sitters. Sitters engaged through VIP Care are not employees of VIP Care unless separately and expressly stated in writing. Families are responsible for making their own final determination about a sitter's suitability for their household.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an inquiry as a family or to apply as a sitter through the Site. By submitting a form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Family Inquiries and Bookings

• Submitting the "Get Started" form is a request for information and does not guarantee sitter availability or placement.
• Specific scheduling, rates, and booking terms for care are arranged directly with VIP Care and confirmed before service begins.
• Families are responsible for providing a safe environment and accurate information about their household and children's needs.

Sitter Applications

• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the VIP Care sitter network or any specific placement.
• Applicants consent to reference checks and, where applicable, review of submitted credentials such as child abuse clearances and CPR certification.
• Applicants are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents submitted.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, attempting to interfere with the Site's normal operation, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While VIP Care takes reasonable steps to screen and reference-check sitters, we do not guarantee the conduct, performance, or fitness of any sitter or family, and we cannot warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIP Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss, injury, or claim arising from or related to childcare services arranged through VIP Care, use of the Site, or reliance on any information provided through it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VIP Care harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your engagement of, or engagement as, a sitter through VIP Care.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as our CRM and file storage providers). VIP Care is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
